Chia Milkposted on 1 January 2012 | posted in Recipes | ( 0 ) CommentsChia Milk is fantastic Seed milks are much more digestible and less mucus forming that nut milks and this chia milk is delicious as well as totally nutritious in every way! Soak 2 Tablespoons Chia, 2 Dates (optional) & 2 Tablespoons Walnuts (optional) in 3 Cups of pure water overnight (around 8 hrs) Then blend in a high speed blender together with: 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 Tablespoons Tahini (raw if you can) 2 Tablespoons Honey (raw if you can) 2 more Cups Water Blend until really smooth and then DRINK - I like to warm mine so its like a hot choc kinda thing.
