Coconut & Cinnamon PorridgeThis is amazing for a super fast breakfast and/or mid morning snack, (especially if you are breastfeeding as I am when I write this!), wheat and dairy free and delicious.
1 C Oats Soaked for 30 mins then drained
1 T Coconut Butter
1/2 tsp agave
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C Water (use more on less depending on the consistency you like)
tiny wee pinch pink salt
Warm everything together and then blend if you have time or just serve as it is!
Lovely, warm and filling.
