Courgette & Pine Nut Dressingposted on 11 January 2011 | posted in Raw Food | ( 0 ) CommentsJust made this and it was delicious... 1 Chopped Organic Courgette 1/2 Lemon Juice 100g Pine Nuts 1 T Flax Oil Stick Celery 1/4 Yellow Pepper Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt Blended to a sauce consistency and then poured it over kelp noodles, salad leaves, baby toms and hemp seeds - delicious!
