How do I use Epsom Salts?

It is usual to put 1 to 2 mugs into a hot bath and to soak for 20 mins. I recommend that you cool yourself down after the bath and go to bed!

For a Foot Soak a tablespoon can be used in a bowl or foot bath and again leave the feet in for 20 minutes.

For a Body Detoxification mix some salts in your hand with some olive oil and then massage into the body in the bath or shower! Fabulous...

For a Facial - use a teaspoon mixed with a facial cleanser and scrub. Wash clean with water and tone and moisturise as usual.

Can I use Epsom Salts during Pregnancy?

Yes you can. Epsom Salts are a safe and really effective way to keep yourself free from unwanted toxins during pregnancy. Their nurturing and drawing effect upon the body is by no means harmful to your pregnancy as long as you use safe amounts of salts in your bath. During pregnancy I would recommend 1/2 to 1 cup of salts in a bath once a week. Buy 1kg Epsom Salts here
