Simple ways to improve your diet
cut down on or cut out:

Wheat
dairy
sat
sugar
processed foods
fizzy drinks
alcohol
convenience food
takeaway
sweets
cakes
sex (not really!)
eat less meat (make it organic where you can)
don't eat after 7pm
don't eat standing up

add into your diet:
breakfast!
more water (bottled if poss)
more fruit
more vegetables
