Kale for Lunchposted on 2 December 2010 | posted in Raw Food | ( 0 ) CommentsI just LOVE Raw Kale and as I was making some crisps today I decided to just eat some instead. So I massaged kale in sesame oil, chopped some red pepper, smashed some brazils up and chucked them in, chopped some olives, added some Kelp Noodles, pink salt and apple cider vinegar and I was away - really simple, fast and delicious! ![]() Share this blog entry:
