Natural Nutrition Top Tips!

Lets face it, everyone really wants to know a little bit about how to eat a healthier and more abundant diet, and they want to know how to do it in simple terms and the easiest simplest way!

Well this is the layman's terms, simple, easy to follow and use, anyone can do it ways to a healthier lifestyle and diet!

Why is Health Important?

Excuse me… did you say why is health important? We are what we eat period and if you are what you eat then if you eat a more natural, healthier and fresher diet then you will most likely benefit from looking better, looking younger, having more energy, having better skin, having better sleep, having lovelier moods and feeling less anxious and angry!

Health is the key to the type of life you choose… Natural Nosh = a healthier, longer, happier, more energised, more vital & productive life; on the other hand crap = Food filled with preservatives, lethargy, moods, anger, anxiety, lazyness & non-productivity!

Most of us want to look younger and have better bodies, lose some weight, increase energy et

At the end of the day you are the only one that can make a real difference, as no one else has control over what goes into your mouth – literally!Why diets don't work

Diets don't work because youare worrying about what you can and can't have. You are being good or bad – change that now!

Make realistic choices thatwork for you and stop trying to be like someone else!

Diets are programs thatstart and end that is why they don't work, because they literally have a timescale and will stop at some point.

Natural eating is a safer more effective and abundant way to eat to achieve your goals.

Stop dieting and start eating a healthier, more raw & natural fresh fruit and vegetable diet that you are loving and preparing yourself.

If you love preparing and making your food your food will love you – if you don't, it won't!

Simply what to avoid

Wheat, dairy,meat, sugar, table salt, preservatives, additives & anger!

These food groups are highly stressful and hard to digest.

Your body will work in your favour if you give itwhat it recognises and what it can utilise and use!

Bodies don't likepreservatives, sugar, wheat, dairy, additives & table salt!

Bodies LOVE water, raw fruits & vegetables, wheat free grains, pulses & superfoods...Why avoid fast and processed foods?

Because they are full ofthis list of what bodies don't like. You may get an immediate high but believe me there will be a low coming soon and then a crash!

Drinks to avoid

Caffeine & alcohol –although, within reason excellent quality organic types are ok in moderation!

Tea is an amazing tonic andpremium high quality teas are an amazing way to hydrate and nourish your energy and body! HOWEVER, poor quality teas are not so great and can be very dehydrating and draining to the body!

Alcohol is really nice if a)you don't have issues with it and b) you drink moderate high quality!

Drinks to include

Water – oh yes the essence of life – water and lots of it!

2 litres, yes 4 pints a day of this magical amazing stuff!

Filtered, spring cleaned water – avoid tap water.

Herbal teas such as peppermint, nettle, camomile, ginger, lemon, fennel, Pu-erh & white. Oolong… this really is an amazing way to include more nutrients and natural abundance to your day!

Good teas can really assistdigestion and improve bloated-ness!

Fresh squeezed lemon juicein hot water is a GREAT way to start the day.

Novices

If you are new to eating well and want to find some simple ways to add more goodness into your dailydiet:

1. Drink more water – make sure you do this gradually increasing slowly day by day until youreach your 4 pints a day!

2. Cut back on tea, coffee& alcohol and add in some hot water and lemon in the morning.

Breakfast Ideas:

Porridge – now this may seemincredibly boring but try it before you decide with an open mind please!

Breakfast is very importantand you need decent nourishment at this time.

Cook a cup of oats in ricemilk for 10-15 mins. Use as much milk as you like to get the consistency youdesire!

Add a teaspoon of honey, agave nectar or maple syrup or a banana and sit down and eat!

Porridge supplies along-term energy and is very nourishing, filling and good for you!

If you don't like oats you could try using quinoa flakes… extra high in calcium and protein and a realnutty different taste.

Fruit Morning Delight – just eat fruit! Bananas, apples, kiwi, oranges, grapes, pears, mango, passion fruit,papaya, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries!

Whatever you fancy dependingon what in season! Chop and sprinkle with some seeds like pumpkin, sunflower & linseed and some lemon juice.

Smoothie - Banana, spinach rice milk & berries – just chuck it in the blender and blend.

And if you really can't face eating in the morning try at least to have a banana or something...
