Raw Chocolate Mint Ice CreamThis Raw Chocolate Mint Ice Cream really is quick, easy and fabulous!
2 cups soaked Brazil nuts
2 cups water
1/4 cup raw coconut butter
2 Tablespoons vanilla
3 Tablespoons Raw agave nectar (or more depending on how sweet you want it)
10-15 fresh mint leaves
3 Tablespoons raw cacao powder
pinch of salt
I soaked the Brazil Nuts for at least 2 hrs and they were fine
Once soaked just put everything into the blender and fast blend!
Once smooth place into a Tupperware or equivalent and freeze!
You can also place in a ice cream maker but I have no idea how to use one so leave that up to you!
The fresh mint leaves in this raw chocolate mint ice cream really make it decadent and magical!
