Raw Miso Soup Recipe

This Raw Miso Soup Recipe I just adore and Ana my little girl, who is 2, goes mad for it... especially when we add it to her brown Rice!

I need to thank Cath Parker for this one!

10 Brazil Nuts
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger chopped
2 Tablespoons of Coconut oil
2 cups warm (or hot if you are not raw) water
1 Tablespoon kelp powder or a seaweed (I use nori flakes sometimes)
1-3 Tablespoons Organic Brown Rice Miso (now I used 3 the first time and it was too much for me so I now use one so test this to see what suits you and your family)

Place the water, seaweed and coconut oil in the blender first so that the coconut will melt from the water temperature. Wait a minute or so and then add everything else and blend away!

This is an amazing, nurturing and abundant soup! My hands always go red from the heat and my belly feels rich from the goodness! Miso is great for digestion and packed with vitamins and minerals to enhance beauty and abundance.

Miso is a fermented food which makes it so amazing for digestion, the seaweed is a rich food packed with B's and minerals - good for your beauty and hair!
