THe Wheatgrass is incredible, it comes in very convenient little ounce cups frozen, so very easy to get your daily portion just right and it is incredibly fresh. Delicious in coconut water or blended in a smoothie or with watermelon! Perfect for first thing in the morning or the afternoon when my energy starts to fade...LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!
