Drink more water!
I know you've probably heard that before but believe me (hand on heart), its the best of the bestest tips!
Not only will it help you to shift unwanted weight it will enhance your energy, concentration, vitality, skin, digestion and circulation. Water really is the essence of life and is such a simple choice to make as its everywhere.
Drink good water and by that I mean filtered water or bottled water. Avoid tap water as it has lots of nasties in it and If you don't have a filter at home or want to buy bottled water, drink cooled boiled water.
Always drink water at room temperature as water that is too cold will hurt your tummy!
