Kale Crisps RawKale Crisps are simple and so very easy and quick to make! They are raw and naturally a goodness god for you and your family.
Use as much as you like of Dark Organic Kale
Strip the kale leaves from the stem using your hands
Chop the leaves into fine pieces (or tear using your hands)
Massage the leaves using your hands and heart with 1 tablespoon of organic cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a sprinkle of pink Himalayan sea salt!Really get stuck in there and massage away!
Place onto a dehydrator sheet and Dehydrate for a couple for 1-2 hrs depending on how crispy you like them
If you don't have a dehydrator you could put them in the oven on the lowest setting with the door open!
These really are divine little goodness snacks! :)
