Raw Chocolate For Kids

I just made this Raw Chocolate For Kids for Ana's home coming (she is 2 and stayed at her Nanny's for 1 night!!!), and I have to share it with you! Of course I had to taste test them and they are amazing!

Raw Chocolate, Buckwheaties, hemp and Raisin lumps of godliness!

110g Cacao Butter
20g Smashed Almonds
30g Cacao Powder
10g Lucuma powder
2 Tablespoons Raisins
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds (I used hulled)
1 Tablespoon Barley Grass (to get those powders in!)
40g Mesquite powder
2 tablespoons Buckwheaties
1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar

Melt the raw cacao butter very gently and slowly
Whilst that is melting mix all the other ingredients together except the agave nectar.
When the butter has melted pour it into a bowl and add into it the agave...
Then slowly add in all the other ingredients pouring bit by bit...
stir well and then spoon into ice cube shapes, the deeper the better for really chunky chocs!

Place in the fridge until set and then eat!
I like to add the barley brass to make sure Ana has lots of goodies and the hemp for extra godliness too!
You can certainly play around with the ingredients yourself and put in what your little ones like!
The buckwheaties really are great as they make them kind of crunchy!
